ENCO Environmental is a full service environmental company that has been serving northeast Oklahoma for over 15 years.  ENCO is owned and operated by John M. Dunn, a licensed professional engineer and certified hazardous materials manager who has devoted his career to providing top quality environmental consulting services to his client base at reasonable rates.

ENCO offers both continuing environmental compliance services and one time environmental consulting services.  ENCO’s environmental compliance services begins with the preparation of ENCO’s Environmental Compliance handbook using our custom made computer program to evaluate the chemicals which are maintained in inventory and checking the applicability of various federal and state regulations, including SARA Title III, Clean Air Permitting, Storm Water Permitting, RCRA Waste Reporting, Form R Reporting, and Tier II Reporting.  Each year, I make it a priority to take a complete facility walkthrough with my clients in a further effort to identify areas of possible regulatory exposure.

ENCO also offers one time consulting services, such as Phase I & II Property Audits, Mold Surveys, and plan writing.
